Lucille Powell

Age 84 of Fairfield, passed away on Monday February 2, 2015 at Tri-County Extend Care. She was born in Butler County on March 26, 1930, the daughter of the late Thomas and Laura (Stewart) Garrett. Lucille is survived by her three children, Brenda (Ronnie) Gill, Tom (Donna) Powell and Steve (Denise) Powell; 12 grandchildren, Joe Powell, Chris Powell, Tony Powell, Ramsey Powell, Ronald Lee Johnson, Danny Johnson, Michael Powell, DJ Powell, Alex Powell, Josh Powell, Ronnie Gill, Teresa Powell and Tonya Hancock; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; brother, Joe Garrett; daughter-in-law, Christina Powell; nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Denver F. Powell; son Forest Powell; grandchildren, Jeff Johnson and Stevie Powell and siblings, Loretta Price, Edna Fredrick, Billy Garrett and John Garrett. Memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday February 6, 2015 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home with Rev. R. Neil Gabbard officiating. Interment of cremains will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 11:00am to time of service at the funeral home.
