Ruth Taggart passed away Saturday September 10, 2016 at the age of 89. She was born February 26, 1927 in Newport, KY to the late Oliver and Freida Haas. She was the beloved mother of Danny Taggart, the late Mildred Taggart, Virgil Taggart, Janet (Ron) Yaden, Robert (Nancy) Taggart, Virginia (Danny) Bradley, Charles Taggart, Rose (Jimmy) Noe, William Taggart and Neal Taggart. Ruth is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild and her sister Martha Maher. Visitation will be 12 pm to 2 pm Friday September 16, 2016 at Ivey Funeral Home 2565 Princeton Road Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Funeral service will be 2 pm Friday at the funeral home.
