HARRELL, Thomas C. age 83 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Friday, January 17, 2014. He was born in Cincinnati on July 31, 1930, to Cyril and Regina (Eichorn) Harrell. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in the Korean War from 1947 to 1952. He married Shirley M. Conners on February 26, 1952, in Cincinnati. Thomas worked for the City of Hamilton as a Superintendent for the Waste Water Department. He is survived by his children, Steven (Debbie) Harrell and Sheila (Gary) Ante; grandchildren, Jenn (Joe) Frey, Jackie Renneker, Timothy (Maria) Ante, Matthew (Jenn) Harrell, Tracey (Joey) Buell and A.J. Harrell; great-grandchildren, Caylee, Ryan, Kendall, Dylan, Bridget, Vincent, Olivia, Tommy and Beau; and brother, Patrick Harrell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Harrell; son, Michael Harrell; brothers, Harold Harrell, Ronald Harrell and Kenneth Harrell; and his parents. The family would like to thank Dr. Shanthi Rajaratnam, her staff and the IMC Department at Ft. Hamilton Hospital, especially Courtney, for all their care and compassion.
