Peacefully, on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the age of 85, Andrew passed away at Ridgeview Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Mary (née Miscio), loving father of Samuel (Olga), Thomas (Lisa), and Joseph (Cindy). Cherished grandfather of Darren and Daniel; Justin and Erin; and Sienna. Great-grandfather of Davin and Kailey. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Lena, Mary and the late Tina, and brothers Angelo and Carl as well as numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Andy was a long-time retiree of Dofasco with 34 years service. He will be fondly remembered by his many life-long friends. Special thanks to the staff at Ridgeview for care above and beyond. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Margaret-Mary Roman Catholic Church, 20 Idlewood Avenue, Hamilton on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. Cremation.
