Barbara Munro

She is predeceased by her husband John Munro, her parents Florence and William Potter, and her brothers Jim, Bob (Vicki) and Charlie (Brenda), her sisters June (Roy) and Audrey (Russ). She leaves behind her son Stephen (Sandi), daughter Cathy (Steve), granddaughters Kylie, Samantha and Amanda, great-granddaughter Lauren, brother Crawford (Edith), sister Norma (Ted), and sister-in-law Denise, along with many nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank the staff at AgeCare Samac Long-Term Care in Oshawa for their care and compassion during her short stay.

Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, service to follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Private burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest alongside her beloved John. Donations in Barbara’s name can be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association, The Alzheimer Society of Canada, or any charity of your choice.
