

Predeceased by his beloved wife of 70 years, Frances.
Loving father of Wayne (Dia), Late Arlene (2025) (Norman), and Nancy (Mike) and proud grandfather of Shawn, Scot, Matthew, Ryan (Amanda), James (Stephanie), Jonathon, and Late Kenny (1986) and dear great-grandfather to Makayla, Russell, Chase, Atticus, Elwood, and Aurora.
Charles was a long-time member of the IOUE, owner of Bay City Crane, and CAP Crane. He had a great passion to travel in anything with wheels and/or a motor - he had motor homes, trailers, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and of course trucks and cars.
He lived a full and long life, always full of ambition and enthusiasm - and forever optimistic.
He will be remembered and missed by many, especially his family.
The family wish to thank the staff at Hamilton Continuing Care and St. Joseph's Hospital for their compassionate care.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has take place with private family gathering will be held.
As expressions of sympation, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada - Ontario Branch, Canadian Cancer Society, or Woodview Mental Health and Autism would be appreciated by the family.
