Visitation will take place at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 5-8pm. Vigil prayers will take place at 5pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord (corner of Barton St and Nash Rd) Hamilton, on Thursday, October 22, at 10am. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery, 681 Mud Street East, Stoney Creek. Donations in Chiara’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
