She is reunited with her beloved husband Frederick and her parents Joseph and Yvette. Loving mother of Tammy and Nathan. She is survived by her sister Admira Provo (Ian). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and the many friends whose lives she touched throughout the years.
Colette was a devoted mother to her children. She did everything that she could to provide for them, even as they grew up and began their own families. Her family was a top priority in her life and she cherished all the memories she made. Her children, grandchildren and family will continue to cherish those memories and keep them close in their hearts.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of St. Joseph’s Palliative Care Unit for their assistance, compassion, and support. They would also like to express their sincere gratitude to their friends and neighbours for their unwavering kindness and support during this difficult time.
Visitation at Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, on Friday, October 2 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
