Darlene Frances Mines

Our beloved Darlene has passed unexpectedly at home on Saturday June 14, 2014 at the tender age of 58. Beloved mother of Michael Mines, Laurie Maracle, Stephanie Millen (Dan), and Kayla Mines (deceased). Loving Nana of Tyler Maracle, Keirstyn Maracle, Shawntia Ruwhof, Colin Millen, Ariel Millen, Isabelle Millen, Kira Millen, Melody Millen and Logan Millen. Great Nana to Dennis James Maracle. Predeceased by her parents Harold & Audrey Fleet, and her grandson Marcus Mines. Darlene is already missed dearly by her siblings Jim (Rose), Judy(deceased), Sandy (Shirley), Linda, Teresa (Raul), and Andrew (Lucy) as well as many other family members and friends, and her beloved puppies Patchie and Oreo. The family wishes to thank the Good Shepherd Mathis Building, Diabetes Foundation, North End Medical Clinic and to especially Granddad’s Donut Diner for always being there. Following her wishes, cremation has already taken place. A celebration of Darlene’s life will be taking place at a later date. Please check back as details are made available. In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome memorial donations in Darlene’s name to the Trillium Gift Of Life, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Lung Association or the Canada Transplant Society.
