It is with heavy hearts that we extend our deepest sympathies to our dear friend Sharon and families.
Sharon became a close friend of ours while working for my husband Ed and whereby we came to know Dave. He was always a warm and friendly guy with that great smile, a wonderful sense of humour and fun stories to tell. It was easy to see why people and animals gravitated to him. Dave was always a pleasure to be with and we will truly miss him.
May he rest in peace.
God bless.

I was so saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. Fifty plus years ago our friendship started and he was always a special part of my life. His love of animals, sense of humour and gentlemanly nature were just some of his endearing qualities. I can’t recall him without a smile on his face or a story to share.

My condolences to his family. Rest In Peace dear friend, you will be in my heart forever.

On behalf of myself , my wife Deb , our children Caitlin ( Luc )and Haley, we wish to express our deepest sympathies to my sister Sharon for the loss of our brother in law and Uncle Dave.
Dave was a great storyteller and could befriend anyone at any event he attended. With his love of fishing and dog retrieving hobbies his passion , he will be deeply missed by family and friends. I do recall the time he showed me how his dogs could retrieve a bumper when he hid it out in their back property with amazing skill. Daves dogs were champions.
I can see him now telling stories while everyone sits around listening in great anticipation. Rest in peace Dave.

Dave was a true gentleman, always had a smile and joke to brighten your day. He was not only a dog and horse whisperer but people whisperer too, he could calm any situation. I truly appreciated his acceptance and the way he made the job fun. Thinking of Sharon and the family during this difficult time. Rest easy Dave.

My condolences to Sharon and families. My memories of David loving caring Son, Brother, Uncle to Neil & Sheri. I remember him leaving the house on many of his days off in full gear including his Stetson hat to look after his horse and I believe relax after days at work. David was also a brother at HPS where he showed his caring ways to us all. You have fought your last battle here on earth. RIP Brother David. Johan.

My husband worked with Dave in the 70's and I was fortunate to meet him through John. Always a smile, always fun and his love of animals shone through. On behalf of John, and myself, I send my deepest condolences to Sharon and all of Dave's family.
