Donavon Byron Dickert

Predeceased by his parents, Leigh and Dawn Dickert (nee Watson). Although Donavon had no siblings, he had many loving friends, coworkers, and relatives across Canada. Special friend to Dave Hall and the Bonotti family.

With his love of cars, Donavon was involved in the automotive industry in Southern Ontario for many years. His passion for concerts and music led him to a career in security, where he worked for Star Security for over 20 years. Donavon enjoyed restoring and racing cars and took great pride in his projects. He was a well-read and intelligent person with a generous spirit, always volunteering to help others in need.

A visitation for Donavon will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton (905) 387-2111. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. For those who may not be able to attend, fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared and a livestream broadcast of the service can be viewed at www.cresmountfennellchapel.com.
