Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by her family. She was 82 years. Survived by her loving husband of 52 years Don Zinck. Loving mother to Colleen (Tim) Band and Karin (Ray) Donahue. Loving grandmother to Nicole, Christopher and Ryan. Also survived by her two sisters Barbara Turner and Lois (John) Gormen. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME 322 Fennell Avenue East 905-387-2111 on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 and Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Church of the Resurrection 435 Mohawk Road West on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A special thank you to the many caring doctors and nurses involved in her care.
