Eugene Krason

August 17 1930 – June 21 2015. Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Father’s Day morning. Husband of Stella (2005). Proud father of Ted and his wife Pam, Barbara and her husband Rob Healey. Beloved Dziadziu of Matthew, Michael, Nicholas, Julia and Alyssa. .Dear brother to Boguslawa (2012), and Stanislawa. Remembered fondly by his many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by his four legged friend Lulu. Eugene retired from Dofasco after 28 years of service. He then enjoyed many years of amazing gardening which produced prized tomatoes that were enjoyed by all. He was a true gardener that nurtured his family and proudly watched it grow. Visitation will be at The Truscott, Brown and Dwyer Funeral Chapel 1309 King Street East, (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) Hamilton on Thursday June 25th from 6-9 pm, Rosary at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass will be on Friday June 26th at 10:00 am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 8 Saint Ann St, Hamilton. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Brant Community Healthcare Foundation in Eugene’s memory.
