Beautiful baby boy, born to Matthew and Jennifer Scriver on April 28, 2012. Our precious angel Gabriel was called home to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on May 2, 2012. Much loved grandson of Mala and Daniel Rupwate and Betty and Rick Scriver. Will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Before you were even born, we loved you and dreamt of a life with a wonderful son, grandson, great-grandson, nephew and cousin. When you arrived, our hearts were filled with joy and happiness, but are now broken with the deepest sadness. Our lives are forever changed and we pray that God will grant us the peace that passes all understanding until we one day meet again. A special thank you to the McMaster NICU Medical team, social workers and chaplain. Family burial to be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday May 12, 2012. All are welcome to attend a Memorial Service to follow at 11 a.m. at Cresmount Upper James Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the HHS Volunteer Association, or Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Canada.
