Garabet was the beloved husband of Anahid Thomasian for 42 years. He was a devoted father to Talene (Paul) and Raffi (Émeline). A proud and loving Metzbaba to Elizabeth, Tabitha, Alexander and Hugo ("Bean Jr.") he cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. He was the dear brother of Varso (Boghos), Haig (Germaine) and Anahid (Edmond), and will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, many dear friends, and neighbours.
Garabet was a dedicated tool and die maker whose exceptional work ethic and skill were evident throughout his career. He channeled his deep intelligence into his trade, always reading and learning more about all things mechanical. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending summers in his garden.
Proud of his Armenian heritage and steadfast in his faith, Garabet lived a life guided by duty, integrity, and devotion to his family. He worked tirelessly to ensure his loved ones were always supported and cared for. His sense of deep responsibility and quiet generosity leave a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
