George Roy Atlee

Beloved husband of Margaret for 60 years. Loving father of George (Danielle), John, Lester (Traci), and Dennis (Christine). Proud grandfather of Karissa (Matt), George (Jackie), Chase, Ashley (Ryan), Leslie (Kyle), Alex (Susan), Megan (Eddie), Curtis, Mitch (Chloe), Nickie, and Jordan. Great-grandfather of Landon, Leighton, Easton, Haven, Ryder, Emily, Oliver, Zoe, Jackson, and Vienna.

He will also be lovingly remembered by sisters Sandra (Dan), Nina (Volker), and Debbie (Dan) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and especially his beloved dog, Roy.

Predeceased by his parents George Clifford and Inez Atlee and many other family.

George was born in Cornwall and moved as an infant with his family to Norwich where he grew up. After he met and married Margaret, they moved to Hamilton.

He loved music, especially playing harmonica and country music but the most important thing was his wife and family.

The family wish to thank the nurses on C4 Floor at Juravinski for their compassionate care.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Sunday, November 23rd from 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Cresmount Chapel on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11 am. Burial at Woodland Cemetery, 700 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington.
