Beloved wife of Lucien for 60 years. Loving mother of Gilles (Jasmin), Guy (Hazel), Paul, Ginette Howatt (Dale), Denis, Diane MacNeil (Mike), Alain (Jennifer). Cherished Nana of fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents John and Delina Parthenais and all her siblings; Marie-Rose, Arthur, Fleurange, Germaine, Emelien, Roland, Lionel, Armand, Rollande, Donat, Henri, Rita, Roger, Aurele, Annette. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the ER staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital for their exceptional care. Georgette was a resident of Meadowlands Retirement Home. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont Street South, Hamilton, on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Mass at 1:30 pm. Private family interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
