

After a long and fulfilling life of 85 years, Ann has joined John, her husband of 53 years, on the Big Band dance floor in the sky. Together, with their children Tom, Ellen and Trudy, they enjoyed their time travelling, camping, gardening and canning. They entertained family and friends, watched news and read newspapers. As a registered nurse, Ann took great pride and joy in delivering many Hamilton babies at Henderson Hospital (Ward 4). Loving Gran to Heather and Fraser, and grand-dogs Apollo, Duke, and Zorro; fondly remembered by son-in-law, Bruce. Proudly born and raised in Prince Edward County to the late Keith and Margaret (nee Fraser) Pearsoll, she was pre-deceased by her younger brothers, John and Burt. She leaves behind by much-loved nieces and nephews Keith, Smith, Hart, Julie, Janet, Johnny, Susan, David and their families. She was a community volunteer (YWCA among others), CARP member and a founding member of the Women’s Church School Auxiliary of Central Presbyterian Church; enjoyed Theatre Aquarius, HPO, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. She was a good friend and neighbour to many. Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral service followed by a reception at Central Presbyterian Church (165 Charlton Avenue West, Hamilton) on Tuesday, December 17th, at 2pm.
