Graham was born in Bo'ness, West Lothian, Scotland and immigrated to Canada after serving in WW II, where he settled in Hamilton. It was here he met the love of his life, Lyla Kathleen Park, with whom he was married for 60 beautiful years. He was an employee of Stelco for 42 years where he oversaw the operation of the Blacksmith Shop as General Foreman. His membership and love of St. Andrew’s and later St. John’s Presbyterian Church was paramount in his life. He served his Lord and Saviour in the choir as a soloist, as Sunday School secretary, as treasurer and on the Session. As an avid golfer, Graham thoroughly enjoyed his memberships at Chedoke and later King’s Forest Golf course. He was predeceased by his parents James & Andrewinne, sister Elizabeth, brothers James, William, & Andrew and his wife Lyla. Papa will be dearly missed by his son Bill (Brenda), Grandchildren Sommer (Andrew), Shaila (Joel), Parker (Maria), and great grandchildren Lucas, Emmy, Wyatt, Grace, Lachlan, Molly and Theo. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to both The Wellington Retirement Home and to Arbor Creek Care Centre for their care and support of Graham. While Graham did not reach his ultimate goal of living to 100 years, we are comforted to know that he is in a much better place reunited with his loving wife Lyla and more than likely dancing under the stars in heaven.
