GALLAGHER, Gwendolyn Alice (nee Coleman) 1918-2013 Gwen went home to be with the Lord on March 29, 2013, in her 95th year, at Grandview Lodge, Dunnville, Ontario. She is survived by her brother Fred Coleman, nieces Jan (Clare) Balch, Patricia Coleman, Catherine (Steve) Compton, Karen (Hugh) Young as well as grand-nephews Elias (Meaghan), Joshua and Samuel Dummer, Adam Young (Eliza), Marcella Young, Carlton Young (Danielle), Vanessa Nickel (Brad). Predeceased by, Father Edmund Richard Coleman, Mother, Hannah (Nutley) Brothers: Sidney, Albert, Stanley and George. Recently Predeceased by Harvey Bowerman, dear friend and companion of 45 years. Gwen loved to travel the world, especially with Marg (Wilhemena) Shipton. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Gwen's life will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave. E., Hamilton). Interment will follow in the family plot at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Donations in Gwen's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Grandview Lodge (Hillview Wing) in Dunnville for their care and compassion for Gwen.
