Passed away peacefully on July 15, 2011 in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Jozef Kociszewski. She was the last remaining of eight siblings. Dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews in Poland, her nephew Raymond Oset (Sandy) from Detroit Michigan, and her brother-in-law Andy Gierczak (Francis). Helen came to Canada in 1949. She worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in house-keeping and the Hamilton Cotton Mill. She enjoyed socializing and her friends were her extended family. Helen will be sadly missed by her circle of friends who loved and adored her, and will always be remembered for her easy-going nature and sense of humour. May she rest in peace. We wish to thank the caregivers at Victoria Gardens Long Term Care Facility where Helen resided for the past ten years.
