Jean Burrows

Beloved daughter, sister, wife, aunt (one of nine siblings), mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Jean devoted her nearly 96 years to the people she loved. Her smile and laughter blessed those around her and her kindness knew no limits. A faithful member of both Centremount Christian Missionary Alliance Church and Parkview Church, Jean lived her values every day.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: Barbara, Ian (wife Sherrill), Robert (wife Colleen), and Allan (friend Cathy); her grandchildren: Rebecca (Michael), Alyshia (Chad), Kyle, Rachel (Nick), Liam (Swayde), and Jaimie; and her great-grandchildren: Gracie, Owen, Lucy, Emma, and Rosie. Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband Bill and her son-in-law Robert Creek.

Her compassion made the world better for everyone she met. We take comfort in the knowledge that she is now cared for, made welcome and at ease - all the gifts she constantly gave to others.

A celebration to honour both our parents will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 5-8pm. A Memorial Service & Ennichement will be held at Bayview Cemetary (Chapel), 740 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 2:30pm.
