EGAN, Jack It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jack, as a result of a car accident on November 30, 2012 in his 79th year. Loving husband of Christine for 55 years. Beloved father of Jack (Pam) and Deborah. Cherished grandfather of Thomas, Ryan, Joel, Carl and Blair. Dear brother of Margaret, Theresa (Brian), Paddy (Joan) and Robert (Muriel). Missed by relatives in Ireland, England, Australia, Halifax and Canada. Jack was a long standing member of the Irish Canadian Club and was recently honoured at the 60th Anniversary of the club. He was an avid supporter of the Celtic Football Club. Jack will be sadly missed by all. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Monday, December 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 2 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 416 Mohawk Rd. E., on Tuesday, December 4th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Reception to follow funeral at the Irish Canadian Club, 389 Concession St. If so desired, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
