You picked a beautiful night to fly. The gates opened and the clouds parted just for you. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jordon at the Hamilton General Hospital on September 25, 2015 at the age of 27. Beloved son of Cindy (Rick) and David (Denise). Cherished brother of Brandon and step brother of Nicole and Michael. Loving companion of Alyssa. Dear grandson of Valerie (Desmond) Phillip. Jordon will forever live on in the hearts of his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many wonderful friends. Reunited in heaven with his grandparents, uncle Bill and baby Levi. Jordon was extremely proud to be an accomplished and valued member of the team, with Investors Group Ancaster. A heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of 8W and I.C.U. East at the Hamilton General for your amazing care and compassion. Memorial visitation will be held at the Markey Dermody Funeral Home 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday from 6-9pm. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 2pm. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, and to honour Jordon’s love of animals, donations to the Hamilton/Burlington S.P.C.A would be greatly appreciated.
