Jose Victorio Silva

He passed in peace December 9, 2022 at the age of 58 years old after a courageous battle with kidney cancer.

Vic was born on June 17, 1964 to his late mother Encarnation Olaya Silva and his late father, Armando Silva. He was a hard working man. He worked as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) at Linex Manufacturing in Guelph for 25 years. The simplest pleasures in life brought him great joy. He had enormous charm and a great sense of humor. His exemplary life inspires us to love deeply, help others, and live fully.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 26 years, Rosario Silva, step-mother Magdalena, sisters, Edith, Aileen, Bernadette, and Nina; brother Armando Jr. (Joy), sister and brother in-law of Victoria and Alfredo. Further survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends in the U.S and Philippines.

The family is grateful and would like to thank St. Peter’s Palliative Care 3 West staff and Juravinski ICU and C-3.
