Kasimir Ropel-Morski

On January 16, 2014 at Victoria Gardens Long Term Care at the age of 92. Predeceased by his parents Bernhard and Valeska Ropel. Loving husband to Evelyn. Devoted father to Paul (Judi Burgess). Dziadek to Zach. Uncle to Tony, Michael and Adam. Kaz was a veteran of WWII under General Maciek of the Polish Army. He was also a member of Symphonia Choir and retired at the age of 75 after a long career with Craft Originators. The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to the staff of Victoria Gardens for their years of compassionate care. Friends and family will be received at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL (1309 King Street East, across from Gage Park at the delta) on Friday from 6 pm to 8 pm with prayers at 7:30. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Polish Church on Saturday at 10 am. Following his wishes, the service will be concluded with cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
