Passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 13, 2012 in her 93rd year at The Wellington Long Term Care. Predeceased by her husband Steve, her brothers and sisters. Dear aunt of Darinka Fabac and family and Josip Antolic and family in Croatia. Great aunt of Rose (Jason) and Anita (Ron). Dear sister-in-law of Ane Antolic of Croatia and cousin of Mary Antolich. Kata has many relatives, kumovi and friends in Canada and Croatia. Special thanks to all the staff of The Wellington Long Term Care for their support and exceptional care in Kata’s final years of life. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Vigil Prayers at 7:15pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 9:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Holy Cross Church.
