It is with the deepest sadness we announce the passing of Kathy at home close to her precious garden on September 13, 2015 in her 58th year. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Edith Burns and by her sister Roberta Zajczenko. Much loved sister to Margaret Thomson (Donald), Charlie (Debbie) and Bill. She will be dearly missed by her best friend Dennis Reardon and by her several nieces and nephews. Kathy was employed with Boiler Inspection & Insurance for over 35 years where she was greatly respected by her colleagues and other members of the industry. A heartfelt thank you to her BI&I Family and to her close personal friends for all their love and support. In keeping with Kathy's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to CAP or to Miles for Smiles (Good Shepherd).
