Dale shared a beautiful marriage full of love and partnership with her husband of 28 years, Marc Lazenby, and was a devoted and caring mother to their daughters Sydney, Jocelyn, and Lauren.
Born in Toronto on October 3, 1972, Dale was the cherished daughter of Bruce & Gwen Pritchard and sister to Jill Goodbun (John) and Dave Pritchard (Alanda). Dale will be deeply missed by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dale’s compassionate heart and desire to help others led her to a fulfilling career as a Physiotherapist. Through her practice, KDL Physiotherapy Services, Dale touched countless lives, bringing improved health, strength, and comfort to her patients with her warmth and expertise.
Dale cared deeply for her family, whom she enjoyed and adored. She especially enjoyed memorable family vacations that included extended family and wonderful friends. All who knew her will remember her thoughtfulness, gentle nature, and generosity. Dale’s relationship with her Lord provided her with purpose and connection during her life and gave her comfort and peace during the challenges of the past few years.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all those who cared for Dale as she battled glioblastoma over the past two and a half years. Special appreciation to Dr. Perry, NP’s Inga and Eirena, and the team at the Odette Cancer Centre and, most recently, Dr. Gallagher and the staff of Margaret’s Place Hospice in Dundas. Your compassion, kindness, and exceptional care provided comfort and support during this journey.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 6:00– 9:00 p.m. and her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., both at West Highland Baptist Church, 1605 Garth Street, Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pastor Rick’s Daily Hope (through the Great Commission Foundation) or The Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital in Dale’s memory.
To keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Cor. 12:7-10
