Rae, Katherine "Pat" Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on April 7th, 2014 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Ken (1986). Loving mother of Martin and his wife Marilyn. Cherished grandma of Michael and Michelle and proud great grandma of Izaak. She was predeceased by her brother Howard. Pat was a devoted active member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church since its inception. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Willow Grove for their compassionate care and support. Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with vigil prayers at 8:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church on Friday at 10 a.m. followed by interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the MS Society would be appreciated by the family.
