Passed away after a long full life on July 18, 2014 in Hamilton at the age of 99. Predeceased by his wife Evelyn and daughter Judith. Loving father of Robert and father-in-law of Maureen Baker. Awesome grandfather of Leigh and Paul Baker. Will be missed by sister-in-law Dorothy Dyer. Very deeply loved by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends at Queens Garden and Court at Rushdale. Special thank you to all the staff at Queens Garden for all their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Wednesday, July 23rd at 1 p.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations made to McMaster Children’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
