Hello Grandpa,

I have so many amazing memories of us spending time together. We spent so much time together watching our favorite movies. You'd always let me choose which movie we would watch at night. It was usually a Jean-Claude movie or any other action packed film (Schwarzenegger/Stallone) - and of course King Kong (you loved watching this movie). Of course we'd always be snacking on Maple Cookies during the movie!

Even though you lost your hands so long ago, I always remember how proficient you were. From driving a huge truck to always tinkering in the shop, you always kept going and continued working on your passions. You were so  strong.

You were such a kind person with a big heart. And in your absence I have countless amazing memories of you and an awesome middle name (Leo) that will help me carry on until I see you again. I love you very much Grandpa and I will see you on the other side. Rest easy now and enjoy all the action movies and maple cookies that you could ever want.

Hey gramps
  I am so glad i got to see you one last time in September and definately glad i got to bring the kids. Also thankful my husband got to meet my wonderful grandpa. The two young ones are old enough now to remember you. Jayden even said today thats grandpa hooks❤  Naomi spent alot of time with you in bc. I remember walking to your place and we would go to the mall..You loved your orange Julius and chinese food.
You were always happy and dancing around.you would put your hooks up and go side to side singing ba ba ba and making some silly face.
I remember when i was a little girl making you your bread with syrup all over. It was acually tasty. Or your banana popsicles that you always blew on and told me it was because they were to hot.lol.many memories with you that i will cherish forever..
Hope you got a banana popsicle up there dancing around..Till we meet again gramps and ill enjoy one with you.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  My deepest condolences to the whole family. All of you are in my prayers.  I don't have alot of memories of uncle Leo but I  do remember him making funny faces and teasing.  He always made me laugh. He was a good man . He will be missed by many.

I am so glad that I have so many memories of your  dad.  As far back as I can remember we always lived close to each other. We grew up together and had so much fun.
