Linda Mary Ann Long

Predeceased by her loving husband Garfield "Gary" (2018). Loving mother of Chris (Kathy) and Corey. Adored grandma of Carter. Predeceased by her parents Dora and Cecil Hollingshead and siblings Rick Hollingshead and Lil McGarry. Linda will be deeply missed by her brother Randy Hollingshead (Laura), sisters and brothers in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends. Linda worked as a teacher for the HWCDSB for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed getting together with her many friends including Steel Magnolias and Lunch Bunch. Linda was a Ti-Cats enthusiast and could be often found enjoying her time at Bingo, Euchre Groups, Bowling, Casino, many sporting events and time in her many gardens. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Parish, 20 Idlewood Ave., on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to Neighbour to Neighbour Food Bank or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
