Surrounded by family, Margaret passed away on January 7, 2019 at the age of 77 years. Cherished wife of the late Gordon Peddle (2013). Dear mother of Carrie, Kim (Mike) Bell, and Mike (Ro Fife). Loved Nana and Grandma to Josh, Matt, Amelia and Kaitlyn. Margaret’s greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She was a tiny woman with a huge heart that always sought to console a hurting soul and protect those she loved. Her last three years at St. Elizabeth’s Retirement Residence were happy and healthy years. Her family owes a debt of gratitude to the kindness and care extended to her by staff at the residence. We are also indebted to her physicians who provided exemplary care over the years: Dr. Ralph Epstein and Dr. Rolf Sebaldt. Finally, we would like to thank the staff who cared for her during her brief stay at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Visitation will occur at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Saturday, January 12th at 2 pm followed by a service of remembrance and reception at 3 pm. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Margaret are asked to consider Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.

Expressing our deepest condolence on your loss of a "great little lady", who was always so cheerful in spite of health difficulties.
My wife and I had the joy to know Margaret and Gordon through our affiliation with Paramount Drive Alliance Church. We often chatted before the worship service began and enjoyed sharing a meal at the Swiss Chalet.

" Absent from the body, now present with her Lord".

Sincerely,
Andy and Cathy Watson

Carrie, Kim, Mike and Family, thinking about all of you at this time. Over the years I've been so thankful that my brother had such A loving family with your Mom at the heart of it. My heart was so happy when they came home to visit us. Wish I could be there to hug all of you. Take care of each other and God Bless all of you. Love you.
