Predeceased by her husband Domenico (2019) of 60 years. Loving mother to John (Cathy), Teresa Buonamici, Anna D'Ambrosio (Louie) and Tony (Hailey). Cherished Nonna to Angelo, Michael, Giulia, Francesco and Michael. Dear sister to Fortunata and sister-in-law Angelina. Predeceased by her siblings Anna and Fortunato. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to all her wonderful caregivers from St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke for their exceptional care and support. Maria will always be remembered for the love and care she had for her family and friends. She will be remembered for her sense of humour, passion for cooking, shopping, socializing and spending time with her many friends. Visitation will be held on CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 4pm-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the chapel followed by interment in Resurrection Cemetery in Ancaster.
