Beloved wife of 65 years to Marvin (2020). Loving mother to the late Kevin (Brenda), Terry, Brian and Erroll (Iris). She was a proud Grandma to Gregory, Duane, the late Kristen, Jason, Emily, Joshua and Rachel. Great Grandma to Kloey, Jackson, Logan, Carly, Summer, Austyn and Benjamin.
Born in Hagersville, Ontario to parents, George and Helen Van Loon. She was predeceased by her brother George. Mary Lou graduated from Nursing School in Brantford in 1955. She was a caring and devoted RN working many years in the maternity ward at the Henderson Hospital and then retiring as Director of Nursing at Cama Woodlands LTC in Burlington.
She was the matriarch in the Anderson family. She was always there to support and care for her family.

A Memorial Service will take place at West Highland Baptist Church, 1605 Garth St, Hamilton on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 11am. with visitation beginning at 10am.
