Michael Andrejko Spacek

He is reunited with his loving father, Andrew (2023) and his uncle Peter Spacek. Loving son of Connie Hubbard and brother of Lauren Spacek. He will also be lovingly remembered by grandparents Edgar and Zelma Hubbard of Wedgeport, Nova Scotia, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Michael was born in Mississauga, lived in Owen Sound as a young child, then moved to Hamilton with his family where he attended Sir Allan McNab. While he was in High School, he joined the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regiment and served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 13 years. After retiring from the military, he worked at Costco in Vaughn as a heavy machinery operator.

Michael loved hiking, especially with his dogs, listening to heavy metal music, playing Magic The Gathering with his friends, and spending time with family and friends. The family wish to thank VON nurse Robyn and the Hamilton EMS team that assisted in caring for Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 4 - 7 pm. Please come wearing your favourite Band T-Shirt or Sport Team Jersey. Cremation will follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton Burlington SPCA or a local Food Bank in Michael's memory would be appreciated by his family.
