Nadia Medea Hillier

It is with great sorrow that we announce Nadia’s passing on April 13 in her 93rd year, with family at her side. Treasured mother of Vera Napper (Ken) and Tom Hillier (Brenda). Cherished Baba of Gregory and Brandon. She will also be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews, especially Olga Kitz and her family and Wally and Pauline Latinski and their family as well as Kenny and Cindy Napper, Emily and Matthew Napper and her extended St. Paul’s family. Nadia was a longstanding member of St. Paul’s UCW for over 50 years and a free spirit who also enjoyed the “slots and trots”. Visitation will take place at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park at the delta) on Tuesday, April 16 from 6 pm to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church (42 Tragina, North) on Wednesday, April 17 at 11 am followed by interment at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Paul’s UCW would be appreciated by the family.
