As a dedicated 30- plus year employee of St. Joesph’s Health Care Hamilton; Patricia made many meaningful memories and friendships during her time there.
Spending time with her dearest friends while playing cards and listening to music, enjoying her back garden, shopping at Giant Tiger, watching her many shows, occasional trips to the casino, and long phone calls with those she loved, were some of Patricia’s favourite things.
The family would like to express their extreme gratitude to all the staff, nurses and doctors in the Intensive Care Unit at the Juravinski Hospital for the exceptional quality of care they provided to Patricia during her final weeks of life.
We take solace in knowing that after being separated for 6 long years, Patricia has finally been reunited with her greatest love and soulmate, Hubert.
