Patricia Anne Grant

Beloved partner of Vasanthi and loving mother of James Grant (Liam), the Late Craig Grant, and their Dad David. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Linda (Paul), nieces Carly and Danielle, four great-nieces, the Naina family, other extended family, especially cousins Elizabeth and Christine and many, many friends in England, South Africa, and Canada. She was also predeceased by her parents Percy and Sheila Taylor and brother Michael Taylor.

Pat was born and raised in England; moving to South Africa to work in her field of Radiation Therapy. She immigrated to Canada in 2002 to continue her career at the Hamilton Cancer Centre (Juravinski Cancer Centre).

She enjoyed hiking, collecting shells at the beach, digging for diamonds in the desert, solving crossword puzzles, and all kinds of animals but the most important thing was spending time with family and friends.

The family wish to thank the staff a St. Peter’s Hospital for their compassionate care.  Special thanks to the doctors and staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre and Hospital.

Family and friends are invited to the Celebration of Pat’s Life Service at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton, Ontario on Tuesday, June 24, 2024 at 6 pm with Visitation taking place 1 hour prior, from 5 pm until the time of the service. Cremation will follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton/Burlington Humane Society would be appreciated by her family.
