Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 29, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital at the age of 81.

Predeceased by her beloved husband George. Cherished mother of Terry, Paul, and Jeff (Leah). Proud grandmother of Kristofor (Meagan). Predeceased by her sister Joan Sleeman (the late Jack). Survived by her sister Debbie D'Addario (Mike), and brother James Chrysler (Sandra). Patricia will always be fondly remembered by her close neighbour Leno Trigatti who is like family. She will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews Jack William, Jane Anne (Brian) and their sons (Jack Patrick and Michael), Jennifer (Bernie) and their son (Liam), Jonathan; Andrea and her daughter (Camryn), Shannon, Sharlene and Shane as well as her extended family and friends.

Due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees. Please RSVP in advance for visitation and the graveside service by calling 905-547-1121. Visitors are asked to remain in their vehicles until their allotted time and required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Visitation at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday, April 4, 2021 from 12 - 3 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 600 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. "Pat, Walmart will miss you!"

So sorry for your loss Terri. I remember the generosity you mother showed me when we were teenagers. I was able to pay it forward a couple of times over the years to other teens in need. May she live on in your memories.
