She was predeceased by her parents, Robert Mulholland and Mary Mulholland, her son Darryl Starr, as well as her fur baby Obami.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, David Starr, her son David Jr. Starr, her brother Bob Mulholland (Jeanette), her brother-in-law Donald Starr (Arlene), granddaughter Crystal Baiocco (Thomas) and great-grandson Dawson Smith. Patricia will be deeply missed by her cousins, extended family, and many friends.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life Gathering at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton, Ontario on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
