Peacefully, at St Peter's Hospital, on Sunday, May 19, 2013, in her 87th year. Survived by Walter, her husband and soulmate of 64 years. Together, overcoming many hardships to establish and succeed in Canada, leaving behind two proud children Marianne Beckingham with husband Tom and Michael Stecura with wife Shawn. Never forgotten by her grandchildren Paula, Christine and Stephen along with their families. Paula will be reunited with grandson Tommy, her parents and a brother who passed away in the Ukraine. She had a true love of nature, without her the world will not have as many flowers. Visitation at the MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth), Hamilton, on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 2 pm - 4 pm and from 7 pm - 9 pm where the Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 24, 2013 at11 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to McMaster Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
