Peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on June 5, 2010 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Henry (1983) and daughter Doreen Blain (1987). Beloved mother of Eileen Williams (the late Robert), Judy Summers (Dan), Joan Fowler (Jim) and Patricia Winsa (Paul Martin). Loving grandmother of Janice Byington, Mark Williams (Michelle), Paul Blain, Laurie Summers-Fram, Katrina Salai (Greg), Eric Summers (Nicole), Amanda Fowler (Manfred Naescher), Trish Spano (Paul Roussel), Chelsey Spano and Kelly Martin. She will be sadly missed by 10 great grandchildren. Pauline was a retired nurse from St. Peter’s Hospital, Hamilton. Many thanks to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital for their thoughtful care. Thanks to the staff at Extendicare for all their support. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave., E., on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to be held at Regina Mundi Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Clinic or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
