After a courageous struggle with cancer, passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth’s Villa on March 24, 2016 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Judith (nee Devlin) for 41 years. Cherished father of Marie Haase, Pauline and Michael Giannasi, Geraldine and John Rohac, Philip and Heather Daly. Devoted and proud grandfather of Alaina, Robert, Stephanie, Anthony, Michael, Adam, Noah, Mark, Liam and Malcolm. Philip will be fondly remembered by relatives and friends in Scotland, England and the United States. Special thanks to Dr. Hirte, Dr. Corbett and RN Ramandeep for their care. Private family visitation. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Roman Catholic Church (Barton and Nash) on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
