She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sharon (John) Kotlan and granddaughter Alysha. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family in England.
Queenie was a veteran of the RAF in England during WWII. She immigrated to Canada after the war and settled in Hamilton; where she started her family. She was a "Crocheter Extraordinaire" amongst other things, she made hundreds of blankets for newborn babies at all of the local hospitals.
The family wish to thank the staff and volunteers of Regina Gardens for their compassionate care.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
