Raymond Charles DuBois

It is with great sadness that Raymond’s family announce his passing at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Bernice DuBois (nee Kwiecien) for 56 years. Loving father of Danette DuBois and Paul DuBois (Lori). Cherished grandfather of Justin. Dear brother-in-law of Stan Kwiecien and his late wife Geraldine, predeceased by his brother Roger. Special uncle of Kathy Hall, Chris Kwiecien (Wietske), Karen Kwiecien and great-uncle of Emily Paige Hall and Jake Hall. Raymond was a retired employee of Dofasco. Special thanks to all the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital and the ICU of the Hamilton General Hospital. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with Vigil Prayers at 8:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont Street South on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 11am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ICU of the Hamilton General Hospital would be appreciated.
