Renato was born in Gradisca di Spilimbergo, Italy to his parents Maria and Valentino Bertuzzi. Committed provider, dedicated family man, husband to Lorraine. Devoted father and “Mr. Fix-It” to son Robert (Vivian). Dear brother to Romeo Bertuzzi. Brother-in-law to Louisa Zecchini (late husband Sergio), and Nella Scacchi (late husband Mario). He is predeceased by his nieces Frances and Paola Scacchi. Survived by nieces Gianna and Gemma Zecchini (Bill).
Renato’s millwright and plumbing skills made him the de facto handyman for the neighbourhood, and all those he knew. Happiest tinkering in his garage, and eating Italian bread, Renato will be missed. Proud patent holder of a metal cutting process, and committed employee of National Steel Car. As per Renato’s wishes, no service will be held.
