Predeceased by his parents Jack and Kay Phillips, father of Trina and Brian.
Rick will be missed by his brother Jack Phillips (Heather), sister Sandy Addis and best friend and brother-in-law Allan Addis, nieces Susan Addis and Sara (Kirk) Holley and their sons Steven Phillips and Kevin Phillips, and nephew Rob Phillips (Natalie) and their new daughter Lennox.
Rick leaves behind a legacy of kindness, love and great memories.
Rick loved his family and had a great love of animals and nature. He was happiest while riding his Harley, fishing on the Grand, watching old John Wayne movies and dancing with his Mom.
Thank you to the staff at the Wellington nursing home for all their special care and friendship to Rick over the last 6 years.
In keeping with Rick's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Rick will join Mom and Dad in their resting place.
