Ritchie was predeceased by his beloved wife, Christine Walton (née Wallage), with whom he shared 38 years of marriage. He was a father to Michael Walton and Ricky Walton.
He was the cherished brother of Bonnie, Candy, Randy, Robin, and Patti, and was predeceased by his siblings Sandy, Nancy, and Kevin.
Born on March 11, 1956 to John and Martha Walton, Ritchie will be fondly remembered by his siblings, extended family, and many friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.
Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton, Ontario, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
